Upcoming Youth Activities
Join Pastor Micah Dowling and your friends at the following activities:
Weekly: Friday Night Live, 7:00–11 PM. There is no age restriction, FNL is for the whole family.
The Eastminster Family Life Center is open for family fellowship, games, athletics, and extemporaneous performances on our continuous open microphone. FNL is an activity for the whole family including children, youth, and adults. Food and drink are provided. Weekly worship, Fridays, 7:30–8:15: “And now, a word from our sponsor.” Contemporary worship featuring Eastminster’s own Worship Ensemble. Pray, sing, commune, and share the word with pastors Michael Frandsen and Micah Dowling. A great way to start your weekend.
March, 2012: All the same fun of Friday Night Live plus March Madness:
- March 30: Parents Vs. youth tournament
Monthly: Kingdom Kids, Fourth Sunday of each month, 2:30–5 PM.
Children from grades 1–5 meet in the Family Life Center for play, fun, and Bible study lead by Micah and Holly Dowling.
Mark your calendar:
- Thursday, May 10 6:30–9:15: The EPC youth ministry will be serving the homeless at the downtown Birmingham Firehouse Shelter. Meet at church. To help, call Micah: 205-616-6780.
- Sunday, May 20, 11 AM Worship includes senior recognition. High School: Bruce Johnson, David Humphries, Kevin Little. College: Channdara Thach, and Kelsey Dunn. Come celebrate with our seniors!
- July 8–14, 2012: Montreat youth trip! Please be in prayer for our youth and leadership for this life-changing week! Additional info about this spiritually enriching week is located in the narthex.
